Welcome to Nitin Packers and Movers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our moving and packing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We provide residential and commercial relocation services, including packing, loading, unloading, transportation, and temporary storage.
2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through phone, email, or in-person at our office.

Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a reference number or invoice.

Please inform us of any cancellation/rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at or before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.

GST is applicable as per government rules.
4. Liability

We handle goods with care but are not liable for damage caused by improper packing by the customer or due to force majeure (e.g. accidents, strikes, floods).

We do not transport cash, jewelry, legal documents, or hazardous materials.
5. Insurance
Transit insurance is optional and chargeable. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
6. Delays & Cancellations

While we strive to be on time, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events are not our liability.

A 10% cancellation charge applies to prepaid bookings.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide clear access at both locations.

Label fragile items clearly.

Ensure proper declaration of items to avoid disputes.
8. Website Use
Our content (text, logo, photos) is protected. Do not copy, reuse, or misrepresent Nitin Packers and Movers in any form.
9. Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to Indore jurisdiction and governed under Indian law.
